Welcome to the home of the Gale Force Winds, the small pep ensemble for the Hurricanes during the fall. Stay tuned for updates on auditions and personnel as we near the beginning of the school year!
Miami Pep Bands
Gale Force Winds
Gale Force Winds is a group comprised of members of the "Band of the Hour" who play at volleyball games and other Alumni Functions during the Fall Semester. Membership is compensated with a stipend at the end of the semester.
UM Basketball Bands
Love basketball? Love the Canes? The UM Basketball Bands are two groups (one for the Men's team and one for the Women's team) who play at home basketball games and travel to tournaments with the teams. Membership is compensated with a stipend at the end of the spring semester.
