Nancy Castleman-Dion

Nancy joined the Frost School of Music in 1995 as its development officer, coming over from The Miami Project. She was promoted to Assistant Dean in 2001. Her responsibilities include all aspects of fundraising including major gifts, Capital Campaign strategy, strategic planning, donor relations and staff development. A Miami native, Nancy and her family live in Killian Pines. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FIU and will earn her Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies in May 2004.


Arlene Johnson
Manager, Annual Fund and Constituent Relations

Arlene joined the University of Miami Alumni Relations Office in 1995. In 1999 Arlene joined the Frost School of Music to manage the Annual Fund and Constituent Relations functions. She also oversees the sponsorship, special events and staffing of the very successful Festival Miami. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UM. A Chicago native, Arlene now lives in South Miami.
