Automated
MS Word® Assessment Templates
Three automated MS Word®
Templates that automatically prepare (1) cognitive examinations, (2)
rating scales, and (3) rubrics or rating forms. The each template allows
automated creation of headers footers, line for respondent's name, title,
and section headings. The cognitive examinations provides direction
sets and automated formatting of true-false, matching, fill-in the blank,
and multiple-choice test items. The rating scales allows the development
of Thurstone, Likert-type, semantic differential, alphabetic, and numeric
rating scales that can be manipulated in various ways through a preference
dialog box. The rubrics and rating forms template allows the creation
and instant adjustment of a large grid framework for the creation of
rubrics and check lists.

Rubric
Descriptors
A
software system for developing, storing, and retrieving the descriptors
for the various levels of a rubric. The software has built in 3, 4, 5,
and 6 level descriptors that can cover most rubric applications. However,
the built in development environment allows one to quickly develop new
rubric descriptor sets based on the other sets stored in the database.
A built in help system is provided. The entire package uses a tab index
analogy to make the system easy and quick to use.
