Designed for the beginning adult student. No prior piano experience needed. Classes cover note reading, rhythms, harmonization, sight-reading, basic music theory, ensemble playing, and solo repertoire. Adults are eligible to participate in all recitals in the Piano Preparatory Program. A digital keyboard or acoustic piano is required for the course.
Class Days/Times: (60 min/once a week)
M/W: 5-6 p.m. or
T/Th: 4:30-5:30 p.m. or 5:30-6:30 p.m.

 

 


A continuation of Adult Piano A. Adults who have had piano lessons in the past and would like a refresher course would be interested in this course. Classes cover harmonization, sight-reading, basic music theory, ensemble, and solo repertoire. Adults are eligible to participate in all recitals in the Piano Preparatory Program. A digital keyboard or acoustic piano is required for the course.
