The Music Engineering Degree Programs

The University of Miami offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Music Engineering.

The Undergraduate Degree is a Bachelor of Music (BM)  in  Music Engineering Technology (MUE) with either a double major in Computer Science or a minor in Electrical Engineering.

The Graduate Degree is a Master of Science (MS) that calls for completion of 33 credits of coursework plus a research project (thesis). Only those candidates with a four year Electrical Engineering B.S. degree can be considered for admission to this program. Entry to the program does not require the master's candidate to audition on a musical instrument.
