Young Musicians Camp

The University of Miami presents a full-time music camp for students from beginning to advanced levels. This camp offers young musicians between the ages of 7-18 a comprehensive musical experience with Orchestra, Band, String, Guitar, Vocal, and Percussion Ensembles, Jazz program, Piano Lab, Composition, Studio Recording Techniques, Songwriting, Chamber Music, Small Groups ( in a variety of styles), Music Theory, Creative Movement, Musical Theater, Opera Workshop, Improvisation, Chorus, and more. Also included are talent shows, concerts, and our distinguished guest artist program. Campers can enroll for one or both sessions. Bus transportation is available from Dade and Broward counties. New this year is the Teen Dormitory Program. Financial aid is available based on talent and need. For a detailed brochure, call 305-238-8937. Tuition: $450 per two-week session.
